A Little Drabble for One Who Get Hurt

He wanted to break up with her. It might just about distance, but that thing did effect so much on their relationship.

“No... I can’t. I’m in love with you already. You cannot do this to me,” she sobbed a little. “Can’t we start over? I can change my bad habits. I’ll make you the first on my priority and meet you more. Can’t we just keep being a couple?”

“I don’t think so...” said that guy with a sad expression. He loved her so much, but there were things that didn’t turn out like it had to be. He was afraid that he might hurt her more if he kept going out with her. He thought he had to make a proper decision  “I love you, but... we can’t be together. There are many obstacles on our way that we can’t overcome them.”

“Not us, it’s only you! I love you, and I would do anything to keep being with you. But what you do is just throwing me away.. Please... don’t go, I am begging you,” she cried even louder. But there’s no hug or comfort she got like usual, only a sad look on his face.  Actually, he really wanted to sweep those tears off her face but he wouldn’t do that. It was for her own sake. He got to leave.

“We still can be friends. I’m still going to be here as your friend. If you need help, I’ll for sure be next to you. I promise,” the guy smiled to the girl as he patted her shoulder.

“You know that I love you. I always do. If you have to leave now, I am okay. But, you have to know that I’ll always wait for you here. You can come back to me anytime you want. I’m waiting,” the girl was still crying but she forced herself to say those words. It was really painful for her but there was nothing she could do anyway.

“Please, don’t wait for me. There is a better guy for you, I’m a bad person. You shouldn’t be with me,” That guy felt so sick hearing those words coming out from her mouth.

The girl didn’t respond. She thought there will be no one could ever replace him. Too much things she got from him. She remembered every comment and advice he gave her. He finally succeed turning an ugly duck to a pretty lady. Too many beautiful memories she got with him. The way he touched her cheek, the way he held her hand, the way he looked at her eyes... she couldn’t get rid of those beautiful memories.

That guy was irreplaceable for her. He was her world. He was her bestfriend, her brother, her best lover. She wouldn’t find him in anybody else. He was her one in a million guy.

Losing him would turn her passion down in anything she did. She couldn’t eat well, she couldn’t study well, couldn’t even sleeping well.

Every inch of her body, every point of her room reminded her of that guy. That perfume, that little teddy bear, that cute purple clutch; everytime she saw them, he came in her mind.

Deep inside her heart, she kept praying that the guy would be her forever lover. She wish God would set them up once again, and on that second chance, their puzzle wouldn’t be broken like this time.

That second time she wouldn’t mess it up.
